Warranty
Solar systems include Solar panels, Solar inverters, Solar mount racking, Li-ion batteries, cables, circuit breakers, etc., and their warranty times and designed lifespans vary. The following is the detailed warranty time.
Solar panels: The warranty for power degradation is 25 years, and 30 years for some models. This means that within 25 years the solar panels will not lose less than 80% of their rated power. Solar panels can generally be used continuously for decades with regular cleaning and maintenance and without external damage.
Solar inverters: The warranty is 5 years and the design life is 10 to 20 years.
Solar mount racking: the warranty is 10 years, and can be used for decades as well as photovoltaic panels if properly maintained.
Lithium batteries: warranty time is 8 years, usually can be used for 10~15 years.
The warranty for cables and circuit breakers is 5 years, and they usually last more than 25 years.
After-sale Service
When the product is not working or encounters issues, we will provide assistance immediately.
1. Within 12 hours. We aim to fully understand the issues with the customer’s product. Customers are required to provide photos or videos illustrating the situation.
2. Within 24 hours. We provide customers with a solution. Our quality inspector and engineers analysis the root cause of the problem and make initial judgments to offer solutions.
3. Within one week. The product issues must be resolved already, and we aim to receive satisfactory feedback from the customer.
4. At first month and third months. We will contact customers to inquire about the performance of their product and ensure it is working well.
5. Lifelong after-sales consultation services: If the product encounters quality issues within the warranty period, we will provide free repair parts or a new product for the customer. If the warranty period has expired, we will still offer solutions or repair parts, customer will be responsible for the shipping and repair parts costs.
Additionally, we hold a weekly product quality meeting every Monday. During these meetings, we discuss product improvements and optimizations based on the issues or suggestions raised by customers while using our products, in collaboration with engineers.
