Comprehensive Data Monitoring: Features a large LCD screen that displays real-time operational data including turbine and solar panel voltage/current, DC output, and cumulative energy generation. An internal battery ensures up to 30 days of historical data storage even during power outages.
Dual-Level Safety Regulation: Utilizes a redundant control system combining PWM constant voltage control with an independent three-phase dump load. If wind speeds push power beyond the PWM’s capacity, the dump load automatically activates to brake the turbine, ensuring complete system safety.
Intelligent Grid Interaction: Automatically manages power output based on grid status. It provides stable DC voltage for the inverter during normal operation, holds constant voltage if the inverter goes offline, and instantly activates the dump load to brake the turbine during a grid power failure.
Robust Protection & Emergency Control: Built-in lightning arresters protect against power line surges. The unit also features a front-panel emergency stop button for immediate system shutdown and a manual dump load switch for user-controlled turbine braking.
Advanced Communication & Customization: Employs the Modbus protocol for customer secondary development.
