Wind Turbine Controller Functions
Intelligent Dual-Load Regulation: The controller uses a dual-control system. It combines PWM constant voltage control with a three-phase dump load. This ensures a stable DC output. The system automatically activates the dump load during overload or grid failure to protect the system.
Comprehensive Data Monitoring & Storage: A large LCD screen shows real-time data. It displays turbine voltage, current, power, and cumulative energy production. Built-in memory stores up to 30 days of operational data. It retains this information even during power outages.
Grid Failure & Surge Protection: When a grid outage occurs, the controller automatically engages the dump load. This halts the inverter output. Normal operation resumes once power returns. The controller also includes an integrated lightning arrester. This safeguards the system against voltage surges.
Emergency & Manual Braking Controls: An emergency stop button on the front panel cuts all power. It immediately breaks the turbine through the dump load. A separate manual dump load switch also allows operators to强制制动 the turbine as needed.
Remote Monitoring & Parameter Adjustment: The controller supports Modbus communication protocols. Users can remotely adjust parameters via RS485. Optional Wi-Fi and GPRS modules enable real-time system monitoring. Users can access the system through PC or mobile applications. These apps are compatible with both Android and iOS.
