15 kWh Li-ion battery is a high capacity and high energy density Li-FePO4 battery, which is made of A-grade 16pcs 3.2V 280Ah cells connected in series. After series connection, it is 51.2V 280Ah. Intelligent heating system: When the ambient temperature drops below 0℃ the battery will start the automatic heating system, which can improve the efficiency of the battery’s energy conversion in the low temperature environment.
LED display: it can display various information about the battery and help you set the parameters of the battery. Also, there will be a fault code indication when the battery is faulty, which helps you to solve the problem quickly.
Active balancing function: the battery has a built-in battery balancer, which ensures the consistency of all the cells during charging and discharging to maximize the utilization of the battery, and also ensures that the battery has a long service life.
Expandable to a larger battery capacity: If the 15 kWh battery capacity can’t meet your power needs, then you can choose 2, 3 up to 16 batteries in parallel to form a larger energy storage system.
DC Circuit Breaker: The battery case is equipped with a DC circuit breaker, which can automatically shut down the battery in case of emergency, cutting off the connection between the battery and other equipment to ensure the safety of the circuit system. The battery can also be turned off manually when it is not in use for a long time.
Packaging of 15kWh battery
The outer box of the battery is packed with thick wooden boards to avoid the damage caused by the extrusion and impact of the package and the battery in the process of transportation. At the same time, the bottom of the package also has a loading and unloading position for forklifts, making transportation more convenient. The battery package also has a locking design, which makes it easy to open and check the battery when needed.
How to connect more 15 kWh batteries in parallel?
Connect the positive terminal of the battery to the positive terminal of the next battery with a cable, the negative terminal of the previous battery to the negative terminal of the next battery, and so on. Connect the positive terminals of all the batteries in parallel in one line, and the negative terminals of all the batteries in parallel in another line. The positive and negative terminals of the outputs are connected to the battery ports of the PV inverter. Then connect the RS485 communication interfaces of all the batteries in this way. The CAN port of the main battery is connected to the communication port of the PV inverter via an RJ45 cable. This completes the parallel connection of multiple 15kw batteries.
