The high-voltage split-phase hybrid inverter is a solar inverter specially designed for American home energy storage. Its working voltage is 85V~400V, which can be adapted to most high voltage batteries on the market. A single inverter can output up to 12kw. power. The inverter has a built-in MPPT solar charger controller.

About Shipping & Delivery Time
We offer home delivery services in regions and countries. Such as Southeast Asian countries, European countries, North American countries, Middle Eastern countries, and Oceanian countries.
- Delivery time for sample order: within 7 days after payment.
- Delivery time for bulk orders: within 30 days after deposit payment.

After-sale Service
When the product is not functioning or encounters issues, we will promptly provide assistance.
- Within 12 hours. We aim to fully understand the issues with the customer’s product. Customers are required to provide photos or videos illustrating the situation.
- Within 24 hours. We provide customers with a solution. Our quality inspection personnel and engineers analyze the root cause of the problem and make initial judgments to offer solutions.
- Within one week. The product issues must be resolved, and we aim to receive satisfactory feedback from the customer.
- At first month and third months. We proactively reach out to customers to inquire about the performance of their product and ensure it is functioning properly.
- lifelong after-sales consultation services: If the product encounters quality issues within the warranty period, we will provide free repair parts or a new product for the customer. If the warranty period has expired, we will still offer solutions or repair parts, but the customer will be responsible for the shipping and repair parts costs.
Additionally, we hold a weekly product quality meeting every Monday. During these meetings, we discuss product improvements and optimizations based on the issues or suggestions raised by customers while using our products, in collaboration with engineers.
