How to connect 24v batteries?

There are usually two common scenarios for connecting a 24V battery. One is to connect two 12V batteries in series to form a 24V power supply system, and the other is to directly connect the 24 volt lithium ion battery.
1.  Connect two 12V batteries in series
Connection method: Connect the positive pole (+) of one 12V battery to the negative pole (-) of another 12V battery. Then, lead out the negative and positive wires from the negative electrode of the first battery and the positive electrode of the second battery, respectively.
Attention: The battery specifications should be consistent, the connections firm and short circuits avoided.
2. Connect two 24V batteries in parallel
Connection method: Connect the positive terminals (+) of two 24V batteries, then connect the negative terminals (-) of two 24V batteries.
Attention: Ensure correct polarity, avoid reverse connection, and check if the connection is secure.

What is 24V LiFePO4 Battery?

A 24V lithium battery is composed of 8 units 3.2V battery cells connected in series, so it is 3.2*8=25.6V. The full voltage of the cell is 3.6V, so the full voltage of the battery is 28.8V. Because the load discharge current is different, the voltage and power of the load are different. It is estimated that the voltage is 26.2V at 3.27V, the remaining power is 30%.
